The Southern Peloponnese area and the northern part of Crete , are the main areas from where this high quality and taste olive oil is coming from .  The climate in these areas is a temperate Mediterranean climate. Fertile soils and temperate climate create ideal conditions for the cultivation of the olive tree.

From the hills to the plains, the Peloponnesian earth is conducive to olive growing, with good drainage, constant rejuvenation thanks to favorable winds that stir up the soil, proximity to the sea and a temperate climate.

The microclimate of the region and the geographical relief give the oil a special taste and are responsible for its excellent quality.
